Terms and Conditions
By using these services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions; you agree to indemnify and hold
harmless Enetica from any loss, liability, claim, damage and expense arising from or related to any
services provided by Enetica. If you are not satisfied with these terms and conditions then you must
discontinue use of our registration and Domain Sentry services.
Normal .au domain registration terms and conditions form part of these terms and conditions, as do auDA

Domain Sentry is a monitoring service which watches a specified domain
name on behalf of a client and either notifies the client of upcoming renewals; or
attempts to register the domain the instant it becomes
available.
A Domain Sentry can be placed on a domain that is either owned by the client and they are trying to
safeguard their domain from accidental deletion, or a domain that the client is interested in acquiring should
it become available (because of expiration, registry deletion or in the case of auDA reserved domains, a
registry-level release). The domain to be monitored can be currently registered through Enetica or any other
.au registrar.

A Domain Sentry can be placed on any valid .au domain - but only ONE
Domain Sentry application is accepted per domain. The service fee for Domain Sentry is $159 per domain for
two years, or - if you are the existing domain owner, a five year watch is available for $249. The monitoring
period begins on the date that payment is received. Enetica will make all commercially reasonable efforts to
either acquire the domain name on your behalf or, for existing domain owners, to ensure that the domain is not
deleted.

We do not guarantee successful acquisition of any domain name for which a Domain Sentry order has been
placed. You acknowledge that the service fee is for DOMAIN MONITORING, saving you considerable time and
resources in checking manually. In the event that the domain becomes available during the monitoring period,
Enetica will register the domain immediately on your behalf, after which the monitoring service will
cease. If your monitoring period expires and the domain did not become available during this time, then you
acknowledge that your monitoring service has been provided in full. Refunds on your order are not issued in
the event we are not able to acquire your desired domain.

The Domain Sentry service must be assessed by our staff to meet auDA policies and as such your application
may be rejected if you are not deemed to be eligible. You must continue to remain eligible for the domain
throughout the period of the service, and your application will be checked again if and when we successfully
register the domain. You are therefore required to keep your contact and eligibility details up to date.

The service is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, with the first fully paid and approved order
being the one selected. We reserve the right to refuse or reject any application for whatever reason. Current
ownership of a domain does not accord the owner any preferential treatment, nor confer additional rights or privileges with regards to the Domain Sentry service.
